We have active commercial operations in Florida (Pensacola, Orlando), Central Alabama (Mobile, Montgomery), and Tennessee (Nashville). Our registered multi-state model lets us extend into new markets without waiting for a physical office.

Do you work directly with general contractors?

Yes. The bulk of our work is private, commercial, and general-contractor driven — post-construction and final cleans coordinated to a build's handoff schedule. We provide a Qualification Statement with insurance, references, and past performance on request.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto coverage, and we furnish a Certificate of Insurance per contract before work begins.

How do you handle re-cleans when other trades dirty a finished area?

We document scope and condition at handoff and define re-clean terms up front. If another trade dirties an area after we've cleaned it, that re-clean is a documented, agreed, billable scope — not free labor absorbed into the original contract.
